IP University Admission 2024; Online Application Starts for GGSIPU CET

The online application window for Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) and PhD programs in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or IP University is now open. Applications for GGSIPU CET will close on March 31.

IPU CET application form 2024 for UG, PG and Doctoral programs is available on the official website-ipu.ac.in. To apply for the exam candidates have to pay Rs 1,500 as application fee. GGSIPU CET will be conducted from 27th April to 14th May.

Counseling will start in the first week of June and will be completed by July 31 for other programs and the new academic session will start from August 1.

IP University Admission 2024: Eligibility

The university will also accept Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. However, admission through the merit of CUET will be done after the completion of the merit of the respective GGSIPU CET 2024.

For UG programmes, candidates must have compulsorily passed Class 12 examination and for PG, it is necessary to have a degree from a recognized university. Subject wise eligibility criteria are prescribed by the University.

IP University 2024 Application Steps:

1. Visit the official website-ipu.ac.in.

2. Click on ‘Admissions 2024-25′ option, on the ‘Apply Online’ link.

3. Click on the registration link.

4. Register for IPU CET with the required information.

5. Upload documents and pay the application fee.

6. Submit the application form for IPU CET.

GGSIPU CET 2024: Exam Pattern

  • The test paper will have a total of 100 objective type questions for all CETs. Four alternative answers will be given to each question
  • Each multiple choice questions will be of four marks. Wrong answers will result in negative marking.
  • There will be a deduction of one mark for each wrong answer.
  • The written examination will be of two and a half hours and will be of 400 marks.
  • The medium of examinations will be English only, except for B.Ed, for which the examination will be in English and Hindi;
  • For those candidates who will not be able to appear in the examination on the scheduled date for any reason, the examination will not be conducted again by the University under any circumstances.
