Sawai Man Singh Medical College, commonly known as SMS

Established in 1947, SMS medical college is the 15th medical education centre
established in the country.

Sawai Man Singh Medical College Jaipur, Rajasthan is associated with nine hospitals, including SMS Hospital, Mahila Chikitsalay and the Institute of Respiratory Diseases, which specializes in the treatment of respiratory ailments such as tuberculosis, lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Psychiatric Center, JK Lon Hospital (SPMCHI - Sir Padampad Mother and Child Health Center), Zanana Hospital - specialised in gynaecology, Isolation Hospital (for highly Infectious Diseases).
The MBBS program has an intake of 250 seats. Admission to
the MBBS course is determined by the NEET UG scores and Rajasthan NEET
counselling process. Admission to MD/MS programmes is facilitated through the
NEET PG exam and Rajasthan NEET PG counselling.
