Privacy Policy
CMI Infocity India Private Limited and its affiliates,
subsidiaries and associate companies mentioned in this Privacy Policy
(hereinafter individually and/or collectively referred to as “CMI”) are
concerned about the privacy of data and information of users who access, offer,
sell or purchase products or services on any of CMI’s websites, mobile sites or
mobile applications accessible through various internet enabled smart devices
(individually and collectively referred to as the “Platform”) or are otherwise
doing business with CMI.
This Privacy Policy applies to CMI including all of its
affiliates, subsidiaries and associate companies and helps you understand how
we collect, use, store, process, transfer, share and otherwise treat and

products and services or even visit the Platform.

an electronic contract as per the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and

(if required), any other sensitive personal data or information etc. We collect

Platform or to connect or use the Products or Services.
When you sign in to your account with your social media
account information, or otherwise connect your social media account with the
Products or Services, you consent to our collection, storage and use of the
information you provide to us through the social media interface, in accordance
with this Privacy Policy. When you choose to link your account, it's a good

facilitate various programs and initiatives launched by us or third parties

CMI may share, disclose, transfer or divulge your information with other
entities depending on the type of product or service you are seeking or for one
or more of the permissible purposes.
CMI may also share your personal or non-personal information
where sharing with such other entities is necessary to provide you with the
product or service and you provide your unconditional consent to CMI to do so.
CMI may also share statistical data and/or other non-personal information or
details to facilitate various programs or initiatives launched from time to
time by third party service providers, partners or financial institutions.
We use other third parties such as credit/debit card
processing companies, payment gateways, prepaid cards etc. to enable you to
make payments for purchasing products or availing services on the Platform.
When you sign up for these services, you may have the ability to save your card
details for future reference and to speed up future payments. In such a case,
we may share your relevant information as necessary to provide such services to
third parties, including your name, residence and email address.
The processing of payments or authorizations is solely in
accordance with the policies, terms and conditions of these third parties and
we are in no way responsible or liable to you or any third party for any delay
or failure to process payments. Further, CMI reserves the right to share your

service or product through third parties shall be at your own risk and CMI is
not responsible for any loss/damage or otherwise. It is recommended that you

Security Measures:
CMI takes utmost care to safeguard your information from
unauthorized access, use or disclosure or alteration. We take appropriate steps
and security measures to protect your information and ensure that your
information is protected as required by law. For this purpose, we adopt
reasonable security practices and procedures in line with industry standards,
including technical, operational, managerial and physical security controls, to
safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure
while it remains under ours control.
While we safeguard your personal information in accordance
with industry standards, you acknowledge that the Internet or computer networks
are not completely secure and we cannot give any absolute assurance about the
security of your personal information. You therefore acknowledge that you will
not hold CMI responsible in any way for any loss of your information, or any
other data that you share with us or that we have, if such loss or any damage
to you occurs due to force majeure events. You also recognize that any

Change or Correct: We make every effort to update our
records with the latest information provided by you, however if you notice any

Information or contact us through our Data Protection Officer/Grievance Officer
to update your information with us.
Object to, or limit or restrict use: You can ask us to stop
using your personal information (past, existing or future) or to limit our use
(in part or in whole).
Deletion: You can ask us to erase or delete (in part or in
whole) your personal information (past, existing or future).
Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of
your personal information from us.
Account closure: If you choose to close your account, we
will delete or de-identify your personal information so that it is anonymous
and not associated with your identity. We will continue to retain your personal
information even after your account is closed, if doing so is deemed reasonably
necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including requests from law
enforcement), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, ensure security,
prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our User Agreement, or comply with your
request to “unsubscribe” from any further communications from us.
We will retain non-personal information even after your
account is closed.
