BITS Pilani stands as a prestigious engineering institute in India. Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (also known as BITS Pilani) is a deemed university. BITS Pilani was established in 1964 and BITS is a higher education and research university. BITS Pilani Admission Process 2025:

BITS Pilani conducts an entrance exam called the BITSAT for admission to its undergraduate courses. The BITSAT 2025 is a computer-based test that is conducted in two sessions, BITSAT Session-1 and BITSAT Session-2 separated by a gap of a few weeks. A merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the BITSAT and the Class 12 or equivalent examination. Applicants, who are on the merit list, will be admitted to BITS Pilani.

The institute also has 9 different centers for Software Development, Robotics, Women's Studies and Desert Development Technologies. BITSAT (BITS Entrance Test), an all India computerized entrance test, is administered by BITS.
