All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar (AIIMS
Bibinagar) is a public medical college and hospital located in Bibinagar in the
Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. It is one of the six All India Institutes of
Medical Sciences (AIIMS) that began operations in 2019.
It is one of the top health care institutions made by the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under PMSSY.
Furthermore, it is one of the AIIMS colleges in India that has been given the
tag of national importance. Therefore, it functions as an autonomous
institution. Furthermore, it is located at the Bibinagar campus of the Nizam
Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS).
AIIMS Bibanagar currently offers four programmes - MBBS, MD,
MS, and BSc (H) Nursing. Admission to the offered programmes is entrance-based.
Seat allotment is conducted during the specified counseling session. The
various areas of specialization available for the programs include Radiology, General
Surgery, Anatomy, Biochemistry and more.

rank for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was 2811, while in
2021 it was 4042 and in 2022 it was 6673. Therefore, there is a tendency to
fluctuate.
The institute has attached hospital, which houses OPD, ICU
and other special care units. AIIMS Bibinagar is a 750 bedded hospital with
