Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi

Established in 1919 as Banaras Engineering College in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (IIT-BHU) has a rich history. In the NIRF 2023 rankings, IIT BHU was ranked 15th in the engineering category and 31st in the overall category.
