The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) was
established in 2009 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government
of India under the IIM Act 2017 and was designated and granted as an Institute
of National Importance. This college is one of the six baby IIMs. IIM Rohtak is
a fifth IIM to get member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
IIM Rohtak offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma
programmes. The institute has been ranked 12th by NIRF ranking 2023 for the
management category.
IIM Rohtak courses are available in full-time, part-time and
online study modes. A total of 21 courses are offered at IIM Rohtak. IIM Rohtak
did not participate in the IIM Common Admission Process (CAP) and conducted its
own admission process with its own shortlisting criteria without sectional CAT
cut off and candidates' performance in personal interview.
The institute provides various facilities on the campus. The facilities at IIM Rohtak include separate residences, a library, sports, a cafeteria, a gym, and many other facilities. IIM Rohtak Scholarship department provides financial assistance to students in the form of scholarships to ensure that the cost of education does not become a barrier to pursuing a degree.
