SDA Bocconi School of Management (SDA stands for Scuola di
Direxione Aziendale) was founded in 1971 and is the graduate business school of
Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. SDA
Bocconi is triple accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. SDA Bocconi offers a range of MBA programs,
specialized master's degrees, executive education, professional development and
professional certification programs.
Additionally, the Business School frequently participates in
commissioned research projects. SDA Bocconi School of Management, in addition
to its main campus in Milan, Italy, also has a presence in Mumbai, India called
the SDA Bocconi Asia Centre.
SDA Bocconi Asia Center, located in Mumbai, was established in 2012 and offers PG courses in full-time and part-time modes in the form of Degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes. Executive MBA/PGDM programs are the most popular offerings at SDA Bocconi Asia Centre. Students can choose from these programs to pursue a career in higher studies. The institute offers programs in the streams of business and management studies.
Candidates wishing to seek admission in the SDA Bocconi Asia
center will have to complete the online application process of the institute.
The application fee for this is Rs 3000. For admission to IMB, candidates
having valid scores in any one of the entrance tests-CAT/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT/GRE are
shortlisted for interview.
Candidates who do not have a scorecard will have to take the
Bocconi entrance exam administered by the institute. The Bocconi exam is
conducted online and evaluates the candidates' reasoning ability in both
aptitude and logical reasoning. The final selection process considers several
factors including the applicant's academic background, personality traits,
entrance exam scores, interview performance, and additional skills. For
admission to executive programs, candidates who are shortlisted based on their
academic profiles will be invited for an interview.
