FIIB offers a 2-year full-time flagship general PGDM program as well as a 2-year specialised PGDM program in Financial Management approved by AICTE. Apart from PGDM, the institute offers one full-time and one part-time postgraduate program in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (PGP-BI&DA). These programs are offered in collaboration with IBM Corporation.

Admission to the PGDM program is based on the marks obtained in CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA entrance examinations. The final selection is based on the entrance exam marks, previous academic marks, work experience and performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round. For PGP-BI and DA, candidates are selected based on an aptitude test and a PI round.

During FIIB Delhi Placements 2025, the highest package was INR 25.00 LPA. 114+ recruiters generated 149 job opportunities, of which 29% were internship offers. The placement drive saw participation from various recruiters like Wipro, H&M, Capital India, Naukri.com, Z1 Media, RSPL Group and others.
