Siksha O Anusandhan

Shiksha O Anusandhan, commonly known as SOA, is a private deemed university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It was established in 1996 as the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), and later gained university status as Shiksha O Anusandhan University through an act of the Odisha State Legislature in 2007.
