Uttarakhand Open University (UOU), established in 2005, is a state open university located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB), UOU offers a variety of undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), diploma, and certificate programs across multiple disciplines.
