Hansraj College is a chartered college of the University of Delhi
located in Delhi, India. Established in 1948 and located on the north campus of
the University of Delhi, it is known as one of the largest colleges in India.
Hansraj College holds pride in being one of the most beautiful campuses of
Delhi University. It
is one of the largest constituent colleges of the university. The campus is
strategically located between the entrances of Kamla Nagar and Malka Ganj,
hence it is one of the busiest colleges in the North Campus.

A++ recognized by NAAC with a CGPA of 3.71, one of the highest among DU colleges, ranked by NIRF as the 12th best college in India. Hansraj College is affiliated to DAV Management Committee, the largest non-government educational institution in the country. The college was founded on 26 July 1948 in memory of Mahatma Hans Raj (1882–1938), who founded DAV College Lahore and pioneered education.
