IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test entrance exam is conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed university). IBSAT is a national level entrance exam and a computer-based 2-hour aptitude test that can be taken from home. The top colleges that accept IBSAT exam scores are IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, IBS Bangalore, IBS Gurgaon and other IBS institutes. 

IBSAT is generally held over a period of two days in December. Qualified candidates will first have to attend the selection briefing round and then appear for the final selection round including the micro presentation and personal interview (PI) round.

IBSAT Exam Pattern: 

IBSAT exam pattern prescribes the sections, time limit, and number of questions in an exam paper. In IBSAT exam there will be no sectional time limit, allowing candidates to switch between sections as per their choice. The IBSAT exam pattern consists of 140 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), divided across four sections: Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation.

The exam pattern has very high weightage on the English language, for which two sections are dedicated: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension.
