NEET UG 2024 Result Update: NTA releases revised scorecard; Check now at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET

NEET UG Result 2024 Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday announced the revised result for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024. The update comes after the Supreme Court rejected a plea to quash the exam and re-conduct the reform of Physics questions, which was surrounded by controversies. The revised result is available at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

This year 67 students achieved top rank in the All India Ranking. Of these, six students were given extra marks for time wasted due to invigilator errors, while 44 students were given grace marks for wrong physics question. The revised results will reflect these changes, along with the Supreme Court's decision to accept only one correct answer for each question.

Rank of 4 lakh candidates will change:

NTA had given full marks on 2 answers of one question in NEET exam. After the court order, marks have been given only for 1 correct answer, due to which the rank of 4 lakh candidates who got grace marks has changed. This also includes those 44 candidates who have got 720 marks out of 720. Each of these candidates will be reduced by 5 marks.
