Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow has extended CAT 2023 registration date. The registration date has been extended to September 20, 2023. Candidates can apply for the Common Admission Test through the official site of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in.
CAT Admit Card: Candidates who have registered for the CAT Exam 2023, can download the admit card from official website https://iimcat.ac.in/
The CAT exam is conducted in three sessions on a single day at approximately 400 test centers in 155 cities across India. Those who are planning to pursue MBA in 2024 session should appear for CAT exam as it is an exam which is accepted by IIMs, B-Schools, most of the government and private MBA colleges in India.

CAT Exam Day
Guidelines
CAT 2023 exam will be conducted at scheduled exam centers
and candidates will have to follow certain guidelines which will be mentioned
in the admit card. Read below the important CAT exam day guidelines, documents
to be carried to the exam center and prohibited items.
Documents to carry on CAT exam day Candidates appearing for the exam this year will need to carry the following documents to the CAT exam center to get entry in exam centre:
- CAT Admit Card: Candidates appearing for the CAT 2023 exam must bring with them two printouts of their admit card with their photograph pasted on it (preferably the same as uploaded with the application form). Entry will not be allowed without CAT Admit Card and Photo ID.
- Identity Proof: Along with the admit card, candidates are required to carry a photo ID proof such as College ID (must be supported with valid debit/credit card), Employer ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID or Aadhaar card.
- Name Change Document: If a candidate has changed his/her name, he/she will be required to carry the name change certificate/document.
- PwD/Scribe Certificate: PwD candidates must bring a certificate indicating the same and Scribe Certificate attested by the competent authority if they wish to avail scribe service.
Items prohibited inside the CAT exam hall:
- Watch, Mobile, iPad, Calculator or any other electronic item
- Purses, Jewellery and accessories that contain metal
- Jackets and clothes with pockets and long footwear
CAT 2023: How to apply
- Visit the official website of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on registration link available on the home page.
- Enter the registration details and click on submit.
- Login to the account and fill the application form.
- Make the payment of application fees and upload the
necessary documents.
- Click on submit and download the CAT 2023 registration page.
- Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
Admit card will be released on 25 October 2023 at 5 pm. The CAT exam 2023 will be conducted on November 26, 2023. For more related details
