JAC Delhi Counslling 2024: Eligibility, Dates, Registration, Process, Seat Matrix and Cutoff

Joint Admission Committee (JAC) will start JAC Delhi Counselling Registration in May 2024. After registration, JAC Delhi 2024 counseling round is expected to start from 1st June 2024. It is expected that there will be five counseling rounds and 1 spot round. Joint Admission Committee (JAC) conducts JAC Delhi counselling for admission to B.Tech and B.Arch courses offered by 5 institutes DTU, IGDTUW, DSEU, IIIT Delhi and NSUT. Admission through JAC Delhi will be done on the basis of JEE Main 2024 rank. As per last year, there are 6666 seats available in B.Tech and 90 seats in B.Arch through JAC Delhi counselling. The counselling process in each round includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, payment of seat acceptance fee and physical reporting at the respective institute.

JAC Delhi Eligibility Criteria 2024: JAC Delhi 2024 eligibility criteria are given below:

JEE Main 2024 Score: Candidates name should be in the CRL of JEE Main 2024

Eligibility as per region:

1. Delhi Region Candidates (85% Seats): Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a recognized school/college/institution located within the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi will be considered for Delhi Region only.

2. Candidates from outside Delhi region (15% of seats): Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a recognized school/college/institution located outside the National Capital Territory of Delhi will be considered for outside Delhi region only.

Note: If the examination center is N.C.T. Located of Delhi, the candidate will be considered under Delhi region and if the examination center is in N.C.T. Located outside of Delhi, will be considered under Outer Delhi area.

Eligibility as per qualifying examination:

1. Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination from any one of the following boards:

2. Senior School Certificate Examination (12-year course) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

3. Indian School Certificate Examination (12-year course) of the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi.

Any other examination recognized equivalent to the Senior School Certificate Examination of CBSE.

Note: Candidates who have appeared in the annual examination in the year 2024 and have been placed in compartment will not be eligible for admission in the year 2024.
